1. Introduction

Welcome to Ralsta Studio. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms create a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Ralsta Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), so please read them carefully. If you do not accept these terms, you should not access our site or request our services.

We offer a range of digital services including web design, SEO, content creation, website maintenance, and e-commerce setup. These terms govern your use of those services, and we reserve the right to amend them at any time.

 

2. Definitions

For clarity in this agreement:

• “Client” refers to any individual or entity requesting services from Ralsta Studio.

• “Services” means any work or deliverables provided by Ralsta Studio, including design, development, consulting, or support.

• “Client Materials” refers to any content, data, branding, files, or access credentials provided by the Client for the completion of services.

• “Subscription” means ongoing service contracts billed periodically (e.g., website maintenance).

• “Project” means any one-time service or deliverable as agreed upon in writing.

 

3. Services & Deliverables

Ralsta Studio offers both one-time projects and ongoing subscription services. Scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in writing before project commencement.

3.1 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all requested content, files, access credentials, or approvals within the agreed timeframes.

• Respond promptly to communication and feedback requests.

• Not submit any illegal or infringing material.

3.2 Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin project work. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion and before delivery or publishing. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

3.3 Refunds & Cancellation

No refunds will be issued for work already performed. Subscriptions may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Refunds are only provided if no work has commenced and the request is made within 3 days of payment.

3.4 Availability of Services

While we aim for consistent service uptime, interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

3.5 Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client upon full payment unless stated otherwise. We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless the Client explicitly objects in writing.

3.6 Third-Party Tools

We use services such as Wix, Calendly, and Google Analytics. The use of these tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

3.7 Exemptions from Liability Due to Client Action

Ralsta Studio will not be held liable for loss or delays where such issues arise from the following:

• The Client not supplying required Client Materials on time

• The Client changing the scope, brief, or decisions after work has begun

• The Client breaching payment terms or other contractual obligations

• Failure or delay by any third-party vendor or contractor nominated by the Client

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ralsta Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

 

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.

 

7. Changes to These Terms

Ralsta Studio may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
